Sorry... I've been informed that a Beginners Box has already been purchased for the household I planned on gifting it to. No refund expected, just don't want to pay $13 more for shipping an item I don't have a home for :-(

Hello Michael,

Thank you for letting us know about this! Some other folks have had similar issues and have asked us to donate their beginner boxes rather than shipping them. We still don't know the best way to go about doing this and we're still working on logistics for it, but if that's something you'd be interested in, you should be able to follow in this thread here for more updates. We're hoping to know more about that sometime early next week.

If you'd rather just have the order canceled altogether, just let me know and I'll be sure to take care of that as soon as I am able. Otherwise, I'd be more than happy to help with any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.
