Souvenir tokens for a special

Community Use

Grand Lodge

Hi,

The group I am with is running one of the specials next weekend and the idea came up to issue (free) souvenir tokens to the players and GMs who attend.
We would like to put some basic text on one side and the open road symbol (or better yet the season 6 'Year of the Sky Key" badge) on the reverse.
Looking at the Community Use packages and rules seems to indicate that we have to use the image files as they are - which won't work (for technical reasons) as we were intending to get the tokens laser-cut from wood.
The question I have is can I use the images as a template to create a 1:1 copy in a format that will work with the laser cutter/etcher?

If not what can I do (if anything) to make it possible?

The file needs to be in a vector format (most pdfs for example) to work. Black and white format is easiest for the purposes of etching.

Any help or advice with this would be appreciated.

We don't have a problem with either straightforward vectorizing or monochrome conversion, so long as the resulting image is true to the original.

Many thanks for the prompt reply and advice :).
Will post it on the Community Use page when I get the sample.

Man would I like to get my hands on some tokens like the ones you are describing to use as action points for my regular game. Maybe a future product Vic?
