All of Interjection Games' products are 40% off for the big Black Friday sale over at the d20pfsrd store. Yes, this includes the epic-novel-length tome that is Strange Magic. If you missed it when it was only $15 over at OneBookShelf about two-and-a-half months ago, or if you have been eyeballing some of the crazy designs coming out of the IG Patreon, now's the best time this year to get caught up.
Just head on over and see what's in stock.

I have Strange Magic, The Tinker and it's component parts, and the Animist. I also have this list of classes that I currently have vetted for use for my games.(although I don't allow them all at once)
What do you recommend that fills in concept gaps that I don't have?
Assume that I currently have $25 to spare for the purposes of the above question.

Missed this. Apologies. If the sale is over by the time you see this, I can make something happen for you.
At this point, only the WEIRD stuff will actually add to your game, so the slower, simulationist classes still have merit as additions to your library.
Herbalist - "chaos druid" Random generation of herbs (spells) based on your current natural environment.
Brewmaster - A thinking man's barbarian. Brew and chug beers and wines to gain bonuses. The brewing itself is fully simulationed.
Plaguewright - Make custom strains of bacteria and unleash them on your foes. Really cool mechanics on this one. The strains you can brew up mix three totally different mechanical engines however you wish. CAUTION: tinker-level complexity.
Gadgeteer - This is a fun, quirky investigative class with tons of toys hanging off of it. It should be unique simply by virtue of its quirky flavor; however, if it is not, I'll give you another class of your choice for free.
Ultimate Antipodism - This is one of those niches that doesn't look like you need it until you already have it. If you look over your classes, what you get here sounds like something you already have. It isn't. Trust me on this. Antipodism classes are as simple as a core base class, yet they have a flavor all their own. How the niche was missed for so long is beyond me.
This should come out to around $23 on sale.

I wound up getting Ultimate Antipodism, Strange Magic Items: Truenaming, and The Gadgeteer. Antipodism is a subject that I saw somewhat in Liber Influxus Communis but I didn't quite 'get' it in terms of relating it to character concepts I'm familiar with so I was curious as to what happens with three classes dedicated to the idea. Strange Magic Items because new magic systems sometimes don't have the ability to access magic items or have a magic item system of their own so it seemed like a cool idea. Gadgeteer was probably a long time coming since I tend to at least glance at good tinkery classes. . One of these days I need to run a poll or contest to sort out some of the technomages, tinkers, artificers and constructors because at this point I have too many. RGG's Engineer came out of that purchase too, and Path of Iron came out with yet another pet robot class.
The rest I feel like I have feat/skill stuff that satisfies me in those arenas. Thank you for the suggestions.
