How would you go about converting this to Pathfinder and making it a useable prestige class. What changes/rewording would you make to it?

That sounds like the Mountain King PrC that Maverick898 converted for our Warcraft to Pathfinder project.
Erhm, wow. Yeah that is pretty much identical to the Mountain King hero in Warcraft 3. Must have been some pretty big inspiration.
Oh, at the top it says Warcraft III. It must have been the theme for that issue of Dragon (or a conversion for the d20 Warcraft RPG)
