Sidecart shipment notification?

So I placed 3 minis on "sidecart shipping" where they'd be bundled with my next order. I just got a shipment notification for my subscription, and the minis are still gazing at me mockingly from the sidecart.

Did I do something wrong? Will the minis stay there forever? How do I get them to come?

Hi there,

The way our sidecarts work can be a little confusing when you've got pending orders. Essentially, when your subscription order is created, the system peeks into the sidecart for anything that's ready to go and grabs it before settling into it's own order. Therefore, if you put something in the sidecart after that month's subscription order has been generated, those items will wait until the next month unless you contact our Customer Service department to move them into the order for you.

Since your subscription order was created on 9/03 and you put the minis into the sidecart on 9/04, that's why they were left behind. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused! I'll leave the minis in your sidecart for now, but if you decide you'd like them sent out before your next subscription shipment, just let me know and I'll get them on their way.

For future reference, if you put something in your sidecart and realize that you've already had your monthly subscription order generated, just let us know what to move and as long as your order has not shipped yet, we should still be able to take care of it.
