Any issues with Order # 3572604 ??

Hi guys - was wondering if there were any issues with the above order, or if it is just taking its time in the queue before being sent out :)

Hi Mawgrim,

It looks like the order is being held up by the Deck Protectors, which we are still waiting to receive from our distributor. Would you like me to move them into the sidecart or a separate order? If I do that, everything else should be able to ship now and then the deck protectors will go out when they're ready. Otherwise, the order will wait for everything to ship together.

Just reply to confirm what you'd prefer, and I'll go ahead and get that taken care of for you. Sorry for the mixup, but it shouldn't take long to fix. :) Please just let me know if there are any other questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.

Well, I went to move them into the sidecart, and it looks like the order was already sent out earlier this morning! I guess your Deck Protectors must have come in, so those should be on their way to you, along with the rest of the shipment. Good timing!
