Hello all,
Signups for both players and GM's for the APCon 2015 event are now open!
When is APCon? It will take place during between June 26 - June 28.
Where is APCon? It is fully online, using various virtual tabletop programs and voice/video chat.
Where do I sign up? Signups will be handled through the APCon 2015 Warhorn
Can I submit a game to GM? Of course! Information about how to submit a game request to us can be found at the following web form . As is usual for online events, we will be offering multiple VTT programs and multiple language (English/French/German) games based on availability of Gamemasters. Time slots for game submission are open 24 hours a day!
How can I participate? Sign up! During the event, we will have a chat going where HQ Staff can help connect players to games that have open spots. The chat will also be used to coordinate tables during the multitable specials. Last year during the Conline and Aethercon events, the players had a lot of fun working together and encouraging each other!
What kind of events can I expect at Conline? While we are hosting Open GM submissions, the staff is running a number of tables from end of season 6, and the latest specials from Paizocon! There will also be Non-PFS play from both Pathfinder and Other systems
Featuring:
Pathfinder Society Scenario #6–20: Returned to the Sky
Pathfinder Society Scenario #6–21: Tapestry's Toil
Pathfinder Society Scenario #6–22: Out of Anarchy
Pathfinder Society Scenario #6–23: The Darkest Abduction
First time trying to play online? Check out our online play guide at the PFS Online VO Blog
We encourage any new players to try out an online PFS game before the convention; you can find signups for such games at the Grand Lodge Online Play
Participants will have a chance to earn spots in raffles for PFS Player Boons, and Prizes from Paizo.
APCon 2015 is being hosted by APGamingREAL , a Gaming/Roleplaying media livestream/actual play for the Pathfinder system, Pathfinder Society, and other Tabletop RPG’s. You can find our past campaigns at Youtube
or catch us live evenings at Twitch.tv
If you have any questions please submit to arthur@pathfindersocietyonline.com

I thought they weren't releasing the specials until after Gencon? Did they change this or did you get permission somehow? (Sorry I may have also misinterpreted what my VO friends have told me and am just wrong. If that is the case, I would love to know so that I can attempt to get this stuff scheduled for my local conventions if possible.)

I want to take part in this convention, but my only current character is a CORE 1, which no events seem open for (not your fault, i'm new but passionate). If I brought a pregen 4 to https://warhorn.net/events/ap-con-2015/schedule/2015/06/28/sessions/76052 (i selected this bc it's Core)
- Would my Core 1 be able to apply credit for the event after he hits 4?
- Would I and the group have any measure of fun having a pre-made at the table?
- Would the DM of this have a personal problem with it, in which case I wouldn't want to do it anyway.
Thanks much, and I look forward to either seeing y'all or rooting you on silently from the forums :D

In order.
Yes.Yes, especially if you pick a pregen to fill a role not covered by the party makeup.
I would not have a problem with it.

Oh, hey. German. Das schwetsche ich. Do you regularly have games in German?
Look here. Also if you PM me where you live, there is a chance you could be hooked up with some table games.

This is my first time mustering a table via Warhorn. How do I get the e-mail addresses of my players?
The organizer will send out an email with them, usually asking them to send you their character info. If it is one of the multitable specials, there will be some back-and-forth, first, getting groups of players setup to get an APL, and then assigning the GMs, per request, to each table.

Speaking of which, what is general online ediquette for character sheets/stats? Do we need a full character sheet prepared? I want to be ready for the game I signed up for as I rarely play online.

You should make sure that you have a full electronic character sheet that you can send to the GM if he asks for one, much like you would also have a character sheet available for the GM in a RL game.
You also should find a picture of your character to represent him or her much like you would bring a mini to a RL table.

Best if your character token is sized right, but usually not a problem, if the GM can still grab an edge of the image to shrink it to fit.
Makes me want a Zombie image: "Token! Token!"
Initial information, typically, is PFS number, PC number, PC name, player name, faction, slow/normal, and, especially at higher levels, a thumbnail of anything funky your PC can do.
Some will want your full character sheet, others may just ask for a few specific items. Some may even ask for your last Chronicle or ITS.

The links to the chat were sent last night (I'm GMing so it may have been GMs only) and have been posted on the Pathfinder Society Online Collective forum on Google on this convention's thread.
From an email from Arthur sent out about 3 hours ago:
In just a few hours, we will be closing signups on the warhorn; any further signups will be handled during the con at the IRC chat:
