any further requirements, such as pre-painted, etc?
if not take a look at the gremlins from Wyrd's Malifaux line
or Games Workshop Warhammer goblins
either would make a number of good wayang characters with a decent paint job done on them

Humorously enough, I would imagine a paper miniature to be most appropriate if such minis exist.
Agreed; failing that, a bit of amateur origami with dark-colored paper would do a great job.
I actually disagree with Warhammer goblins; sure, they're correctly-sized and professionally-made, but they wouldn't actually do a good job portraying Wayangs, especially since Warhammer miniatures do tend to be so expressive of what they were designed to be.
