PFS Characters Welcome

This is my first PaizoCon so i'm alittle confused. I see there are events that say 'PFS Characters Welcome' does that mean its a special Paizocon only event? Are chronicles awarded for these? I also see people talking about 3pp events filling up but i don't see any on the schedule.

I think any of the events that say "PFS characters welcome" means you can play with a PFS legal PC instead of a pregen for that session.

Most everything, minus the PFS tables, are Paizocon only events. Some of the Third Party games might surface at other cons, but I do not know for sure. Best to ask them if you are worried about missing something you want to play.

The only sessions you will be given a chronicle are official sanctioned PFS scenarios. For example, you will receive a chron for 6-04 Beacon Below, but you will not receive a chron for "Midgard: Beyond the Ghostlight Reef" on Saturday, even though it says you can use a PFS character.
