Not sure where you are located..but I know there's people in Utrecht who play.
You might want to take a look at www.pfsnl.nl (not only pfs play, but also lists the times/locations for the card game, next one seems to be 18th of April) and there's going to be a demo later this month in Gouda during a gamesday.
