Another purchasing items question.

So on a couple different chronicle sheets, it allows me to buy smaller amounts of ammunition, for instance "shock" arrows, max 3.

If I choose to purchase that item, do I need to cross it off my chronicle sheet, or can I purchase those items each time I go on a new adventure?

A different question for poison. Got "purple worm poison" max 3.
The question with that, is if I purchase 1 dose, can I "fabricate" more in-game and if I have any left at the end of the adventure, it just goes away? (other than the original dose)

As always, citing official rules is appreciated, sorry if the answers to these questions have been posted, I couldn't find them...

When you are granted an item on a chronicle, with a limit on how many can be bought, that is the total limit on how many you can buy using that unlock.

Personally, when I buy the limited number item(s), I mark when I bought them, and which ITS they are listed on.

Not sure what you mean by fabricate. If an item is listed with a limit on how many can be bought, that is, usually, the limit on how many of that item you can ever have, if there is some other limitation on purchase, like poisons have.

And the rules for this would be in the Guide to PFS OP, v6 or current edition. And in the CRB.

For things like arrows, the general rules are that, unless you have an unlock, you must buy magical ammunition in lots of 50. The only way, usually, to buy in smaller quantities are via chronicle unlocks for smaller lots or individual ammo, with a limit.

For poisons, since, other than the limited few that are always available to those with the proper class features, shown in the FAQ, they are not open access, and that the unlock serves to make a limited quantity available. Once they are all bought/created, you can no longer make or buy more of that poison.

If a Chronicle Sheet states a limit to how many of something you may purchase, then that is the limit to the amount you may purchase. That's what "max" (maximum) means.

How you wish to keep track of that is up to you. Crossing the item off of the sheet, after purchasing the maximum amount, is probably a wise course of action.

Thank you!

By "fabricate" I mean using the spell "fabricate" my wizard has craft:alchemy, so he can make decent rolls making poison.

It looks like, by using the "fabricate" spell, I pay the ammt it would cost for items to be fabricated, and roll the craft check. Fabricate isn't a banned spell, so I have to think that they would know the spell would be used in this manor in-game?
