I called in about some ordering problems and I have to say I am very impressed with the customer service. No being put on hold, talking to a computer, or being sent on a wild goose chase between different departments. I always dread having to call customer service and I really appreciate how helpful Paizo's staff is. Friendly, polite, and got right to helping me fix the problem in 5 minutes or less.

I have to agree. Paizo's customer service has been and is one of the best CS departments I've dealt with both personally and professionally. Especially during the time period before and after last GenCon.
