I was under the impression that the Confirmation was a repeatable scenario of GM's. I've ran it four times, but the last three times I'm seeing an message of "Player has already run scenario at session # 1 of event # 45836 PFS @ MGU on November 23, 2014."
I've reported these scenarios under different characters, so why is it giving me that message? Thanks for your time.

The Confirmation is intended to be reportable multiple times, but only once per character. Limitations in the current code prevent it from being reported as such. Updating the code to allow events like The Confirmation or The Wounded Wisp to be reported multiple times is on our list of website updates, but I don't have a timeframe for when we'll be able to address it.
The most important thing for a player to do at this time is to make sure they keep a physical Chronicle Sheet from the event to show inquiring GMs.
