So high powered games, sick of the 25 point buy system?
How about an alternate system, where players gain free racial feats. 1 at first level and one every four levels (instead of 20 point buy), or every 3 levels (instead of 25 point buy).
They wont need to meet stat, class, or BAB prerequisites for these feats, but must have access to any ability they modify and must take the feat chain.
If a race does not have enough feats they may take any feats which would augment the use of their racial effects or effects granted by racial feats and or racial class archetypes, as well as feats that can be related easily to the race. Such as Improved natural attack for a grippili's tongue or monkey style for a vanara.
Let me know on this idea how you would enjoy this system.
What would the point-buy become then if not 20/25?
Makes it really easy to max out a Kitsune.
Drow/Half-elf Drow can get to nobility much quicker.
Humans don't have enough racial feats that I'd really look into playing one.
Aasimar could be very nice for any Cleric and/or martial combat build.
Tiefling... If you insist. /evilgrin
15 is standard, the other option i had was one racial trait

well the idea wasn't for balance, just as a replacer so you can keep high level power

I am personally very much considering this in the next campaign that I will lead. PCs will get 15 pts buy, but 2 extra feats at first level and additional trait. It grants more leeway in building character that you desire but with lower ability scores then 20 pts buy.
Does anyone have any experience in granting such feature in their own campaigns?

Bonus feats at first level can really offset encounter difficulty, and you'll need to adjust accordingly. Not all classes benefit equally either, as a lot of feats have minimum level requirements; the fighter has much more available than the wizard for example.
As a rule of bonus feats every x levels, it works, but the same rules apply. (the fighter here may be pissed since he now has way more than necessary for his build, casters will be thrilled) If you're concerned about scores and don't want to roll, consider just assigning scores to your players to put where they choose. I've yet to have one player complain about that.
You might also consider allowing 1 point save boosts at non-stat upgrade even levels.
