PFS:G - Jirelle as Reward?

So, while gearing up for Season 1 of the guild, I notice the boon from completing it is the ability to play Jirelle from the Base set with the Rogue Class Deck. What exactly does this entail? Does that mean players can't play Jirelle? Or is the Jirelle in the Character packs different?

Players usually cannot play as Jirelle in organized play because there is no Swashbuckler Class Deck yet. The reward makes a specific exception so that you can use her now with the Rogue Class Deck after you have finished all of the Adventure 1 scenarios. There is only one version of Jirelle right now, the one that is in the Skull & Shackled base set.

I feel embarrassed now. I've even mentioned how much I love playing Jirelle as a swashbuckler, and never once did it dawn on me that's what she was. Thank you though for the clarification.
