The reason I ask is I wanted to know which of the FAQ corrections were implemented.
If the second printing was done at the same time as the Base Set (Feb/March 2014) then do I assume that none of the FAQ corrections from April were included in the Second Printing?

It's not quite that simple, as changes were made to files for print and to the FAQ on separate timelines. (That is, changes may have been made to one significantly before or after the other.)
I believe that the Blizzard and Velociraptor changes (and only those changes) were made prior to the second printing.
