Hey everyone, this is my attempt at an Inquisitor. This is roughly based on a Pathfinder Inquisitor I made some time in the distant past.

Nice work! Overall, I think it looks good. I don't think I really have anything to say about the skills or cards, as they look right. I'll go through the powers real quick, as I do think there are some tweaks you might consider.
1. Both of your first two powers effectively add to your combat check. That feels a bit redundant, though I understand where you're getting the powers from. You might consider tweaking one to be less monster-focused (though that's a bit tough, since non-combat is more powerful, so you can't just do a straight swap).
2. Your third power, particularly the added encounter ability, is very strong, and may be too powerful, especially once you get good scouting (combine this character and Alhazra and watch the sparks fly). I'd consider requiring a power feat to get this ability, or to put the card on bottom, and have the encounter power only available to one of the roles. Also, rather than once per turn, I'd have it occur right after the move phase, so there's no memory issues (ie did I already do my examine power for the turn? I don't remember since I've explored 3 times since). So, something like this:
After your movement phase, you may name a card type and examine the top card of your location deck then ([] If the examined card is the named type, you may place it on the bottom of the location deck, otherwise) return it to the top of the location deck.
3. Not a big fan of the recharge to move once per turn power. Like I said, I don't like the memory issues of once per turn, though this isn't as bad because moving is much easier to remember. Adding the evade option does make the memory issues worse, and since the two effects aren't really that similar, they seem to clash. I keep expecting that they are supposed to interact, but they don't. Maybe reversing them might work better, like this?
[]You may recharge a card to evade a monster ([]and move to another location).
This makes the powers linked and removes the memory issue. You can't use it to move to another location after closing, which I'm guessing was the original intent, but it still has uses.
4. Recharging when you play a blessing to explore is very, very powerful. Moving the henchman or villain I suppose is a downside (much less so for the villain), but I'm not sure it's enough of one to make up for the raw power here. Monitor this power very closely.
5. Grand Inquisitor grants both of his self-buffs to allies. I can see giving one, but both might be stretching it. Neither power screams broken in this context, so it may be fine, but the issues I had with their similarities applies double now.
6. I've already said how much I don't like the memory issues of a once per turn effect, so as you can probably guess, I really don't like a once per game power. I don't really see anything wrong with the power otherwise, so maybe you could test it like this. Here's a possible wording that might be better:
[] You may display a card to examine your location deck. Shuffle the location deck afterwards. Only one card can be displayed this way at a time. At the end of the game, banish ([] bury) the displayed card.
That greatly reduces the memory issue, since you can always check whether you have a card displayed, though it does, unfortunately, make it much wordier.
7. I thought the other role had a borderline too-powerful blessing bonus, and this one blows it out of the water. keep a VERY close eye on this one. You may end up having to restrict one or both of them to a particular blessing or blessings.
On the whole, I really like how well you were able to add Inquisitor flavor to the card. It works really well. Most of your powers seem fine, and I look forward to seeing where you take it.
