Can a PFS character have both a Faith trait and a Religion trait as their starting traits?

They are separate categories. Faith traits do not require a patron deity, but religion traits are specific to individual deities. You may have one of each.

The "lists" on that page are different categories, such as "Race", "Religion", "Combat", "Faith", etc.

PFS defaults to the general PFRPG rules regarding Trait selection.
