I don't think it includes the paladin. The feat only allows an ally the reroll option.
Ally: Do you count as your own ally?
You count as your own ally unless otherwise stated or if doing so would make no sense or be impossible. Thus, "your allies" almost always means the same as "you and your allies."
That is definitely going on the short list for Flutters ninth level feat...

I can think of a few scenario-writers who will have no compunctions about giving it to the bad guys... Not that I mind. Save-or-die spells are boring and anything to make them less attractive is good in my books. Especially if the scenario-writer comes up with a suitably awesome battle-cry for the BBEG. =)
And yes, I too am going to find it hard not to take this feat on any character of mine that has at least a +5 CHA mod. =)

heck - I already play with several Clerics of Cayden who shout "Have a Beer!" every chance they get... it would be nice to actually get something out of it when they do!
