Highlights... there were so many of them.
Getting to buy Carlos Robledo a beer at Scotty's during our session... thanking him for all the work on stat blocks he's done... and getting him to volunteer to run our table for Stonelords. Double win!
After slot one, while talking to my players about The Stranger Within, having a man walk up to us, and say "Thank you! I am Sam Polak," and getting to talk to him at some length about this amazing scenario.
Getting to play both specials with "hand picked" groups of forum pundits, including Jiggy, RainyDayNinja, Pirate Rob, Thod and son, Redward, Totenpfuhl, and Undead Mitch, and having Carlos run our table so fantastically! Getting to actually finally play with Thomas the Tiefling Hero! And introducing John Compton to our table, and seeing him recognize everyone by their board names!
Running so many successful tables was a great highlight. I can only hope that my players enjoyed it as much as I did. Twice I ran We Be Goblins... twice I had tables that ACTED like goblins (much to the detriment of table two, who were wiped on at the final encounter).
Seeing Jiggy and RainyDayNinja walking up to my table of The Stranger Within, and getting to introduce them to Sam Polak afterwards (sorry, RDN, I couldn't not kill your magus at that time).
Getting to meet so many people at the convention, at Scotty's, and at the hotel.
Disappointments? Not making my table in slot 2... and not having enough player/GMs available to give Sam a table (I would have definitely burned a GM replay to play this at his table!)
Not getting to run Bonekeep, and having to run Trial by Machine cold. My table said they had a good time, but I feel bad about giving them a less-than-perfect GMing attempt.
Not getting to play with, or GM for, every player and GM that was there! There were just so many great people there... gonna have to go again just to meet more of them!

The good...
Getting to play at a table GM'd by Walter Sheppard at Scotty's. That dude is even more awesome in person than he is on the boards!
Running Destiny of the Sands twice, and having both tables find creative solutions throughout the scenario. I'm pretty sure my table had the first cabaret with a pyrotechnics display thanks to the Lirianne pregen wanting a job at the place. The family in steampunk costumes during that slot were pretty cool, it was fun seeing them get into character.
Getting to put names to a lot of faces from the boards. Playing Legacy with my table and getting to have the awesome Carlos Robledo GM us. Playing with Silbeg, Redward, and all the others was a blast, and I'm glad I got to meet them! Getting to crit the BBEG for 80-90 damage with the first hit off a smite was a nice little bonus.
Getting to fight beside a certain NPC during the Paths We Choose.
All the awesome players in Sagamore making this a great first Gencon GM'ing.
The Bad...
Not having my final table of The Technic Siege make, I was looking forward to getting some more experience with the scenario.
Hearing one of the people I was rooming with, who was also a Tier 1 volunteer, tell me that they hadn't played Pathfinder in over four months, especially because they were running a scenario with extra rules in it.
The Ugly...
Having a ten hour drive stretch into over twelve hours because of a 5-10 mile detour that took about 1-2 hours on the way back west.
Being the only person at my table of The Paths We Choose that knew who any of the Faction Leaders were, including the GM.

To my tier 7-8 table of the Legacy of the Stonelords special...you made my night. I couldn't have asked for a more resourceful and coordinated crew.
I was one of your players at that table for the special. Thank you for making my GenCon! Your effort and energy made this the best PFS experience I have ever had. I hope our paths cross again next year.
