I am looking for lvl 5-9 scenarios which will fit comfortably into a 4-hour time slot. I want to set them up as alternative scenarios for when a scheduled 7-11 scenario does not start on time, and therefore is almost guaranteed to run way too long.
One that I'd like to run is Hellknight's Feats. I played in it a while ago, but I don't remember how long it took (I was too busy having fun to notice the time ;). Does anyone have input about how long that one generally runs?

3-16 Haunting of Hino Jai
4-16 Fabric of Reality
4-17 Tower of the Ironwood Watch
Keep in mind, that every party moves at a different rate/is prepared for a different challenge. There are parts that could be time drags or cakewalks in every scenario...
If a party can't deal with [obstacle], a would-be trivial encounter becomes two hours long.

The Hellknight's Feast is definitely not short if your group is into RP. I've ran that one for 7-8 hours. Fantastic experience, though.
Scenarios that work well in a 4-hour slot at 5-9:
Our Lady of Silver
To Scale the Dragon
The Jester's Fraud
The Rebel's Ransom
You Only Die Twice
The Ghennet Manor Gauntlet
The Immortal Conundrum
Haunting of Hinojai
Wonders in the Weave 1-2
Tower of the Ironwood Watch
Port Godless

I wouldn't run Port Godless in a short slot either. Especially with how sandbox the final approach is.
Seconded. I've played it once, run it twice and even though I do my utmost to maintain a solid pace through scenarios, this one in particular has always run long. There's no optional encounter, and the final approach has too much going on to not drag out across multiple hours.
