Just got my box of minis from the Reaper Bones II KS yesterday. Totally worth the wait. My order was in wave 1, if anyone is wondering. I am always impressed by how much nicer minis look in hand than in pics. Most of the minis look great. A few are not quite as nice as I wish they were, but I haven't found any that are really bad yet.

I agree. There are a few that need the boiling water bendy treatment, but overall they're great.
That Khanjira is intimidating! I don't know if I'll ever get around to painting it!
I was uncertain of wanting to participate, but I think that I shant pass it up should they do a third.
Even though I have more minis than I'll ever paint now, if they do a third I am in as well. They're super.

Same here (although across the Atlantic), it's rather annoying/worrying.

At this point its a matter of value and options. After my 2 rather large bones backings, I will likely never paint ALL of them. But the more options I have, the better the chance of when i need something specific, I'll have it available. And god knows the value is so good, I dont have to paint all of them to get my moneys worth. '
I am honestly really happy about the bones line in general and the success of the kickstarters. Bonsium is a great mini material. Heck it took me around 20 minutes to assemble Khanjira after I washed and let dry the pieces. Do you know how many hours a metal model of that size and complexity would have taken back in the day to put together?
That and I think many of the sculpts this time around are even better. Particularly in the area of female minis. I have always felt like I had a limited set of quality miniatures for female characters. This one more then bones I has greatly expanded my options there.
Anyway, if they do a bones III I will probably buy in, and do so gladly. Even though I will probably still have bones I miniatures to paint by then, let alone II

This here more than anything is one of the reasons I kickstarted these in the first place.
It is so damn hard finding a Female Dwarf fig. Bones 1 got me a Fighter and Rogue. Bones 2 gets me a Female Dwarf Cavalier on a Bear. so that's 3 plus M'Lady de Winter from the Dwarf Musketeer kickstarter for a grand total of 4 Female Dwarf figs out of the hundreds that I have

Ahh, so that's where the "missing" Tre Manor dwarves have ended up. :-)
Yep. They also got some of the old njorn (Old Boldverk the Bold, Old Vilhanna of the Axe, Old Woldvagner the Wise, Old Ulfgar of Auldheim, Old Henga Rolfsdottir and Old Ullr the Red (I think)).
I think they've hinted earlier that more was to come. I had my hopes on the old Belegast the Bloodthirsty I haven't heard anything more about new/old Tre sculpts. I'm still hoping though. I want that original Belegast sooooo much.
Still waiting on mine. definately getting worried about them, plus hearing stories about other Canadians who found themselves getting dinged 40-60 bucks by customs when theirs finally did show up.
Didn't get dinged on Bones 1 so this news is coming as a surprise. Government must have sent out a memo "Squeez people for every cent you can we need the money"
Flip side my Wrath of Kings figs showed up. Went with Goritsi and Hadross plus an extra box of Nasier Ashmen cause they looked cool.
They look great but OMG what finniky little models these are. I'm using tweesers to glue some of the pieces on.
Still gives me plenty of Vampires, Werewolves and Fishmen plus a few demon knights to paint.
$433 in customs duties, VAT and fees later, I haz Bones!
My (our) package was too large to fit into the package station, so I had to pick it up at the post office instead. They had placed it on a roller board, so the girls there didn't have to lift it. ;-)
I've included some links to pics, two of the package itself and one of almost all of the content (one of my friends had taken his share, so the picture is missing 1 core set, 1 Narthrax, 1 Oh (Aww?) Rats, 1 Blightfang, 1 Cinder and both paint sets).
Now I just have to see when I can get the time to go through everything to see if each package is missing anything. Everything we pledged for is there, though!

Wow, that's quite a load of minis :) You also beat me on the customs. I had to pay 50$ which I thought was alot :)
I'm still waiting. No sign of a truck no phone calls asking me for money, nothing. Even checking my tracking number just comes back with "cleared customes on feb. 26"
If I haven't got mine by the end of the week I'm gonna start making phone calls.
and BOOM 10 and a half pound box of minis has just shown up (and cost me another $50 is fees)
Damn fine looking batch they are too.
Now I just need to finish Bones 1 and I can get started on them
