Greetings Kayos,
When your order was shipped from our warehouse it had an estimated arrival time of 9 to 36 business days. It was expected to leave our warehouse no later than the 23rd of last month, which means it should still be within its shipping estimate.
If the package fails to arrive I'd be glad to set up replacements, however I'd like to give the original shipment proper time to arrive before we take further action. If you haven't seen the package arrive by early next month let us know and we'll be glad to assist you further. Thanks!
If you want to check with your customs office they may be able to offer additional information about your package as well.

I've set up a replacement copy to each of the books to be sent to you with your next subscription shipment. You should be able to confirm their pending sidecart status on your My Account page. Let me know if the originals do arrive, otherwise we should have replacements on the way to you in the near future!
