Hello, I'm relatively new for searching for groups, but here goes nothin'.
I've had a fair amount of experience playing 3.5 and Pathfinder, sadly my usual Game Group has basically gone on indefinite hiatus. So I'm looking for a new gaming fix.
If there are any groups nearby that has any openings for an enthusiastic player, please let me know!

Hey, guys. I'm in pretty much the same boat as Darkprince and I'm looking for a group in the area if someone's willing to help a beginner along a little bit. A friend of mine got me interested by running one session a few months back and then never speaking of it again. The rest of us still wanted to play, but nobody else knew the game well enough to be comfortable as DM and the group just kinda fell apart before it really even came together. =/
Yeah, I'm still trying to put together a group, so we still have room :)
and it can be pretty fun to play with beginners since they aren't (always) aiming to optimize, lol

I've been in ALbany, where we have a pretty good chapter going. I've run a scenario for PFS, as well as a home game. I'm moving back to Rochester in October, and would love to get in some PFS there! I'm happy to play my character in existing games, as well as GM if that's what's needed. I'd also like to get an official chapter going!

is there still interest in PFS in Rochester?
Low and Behold I will be moving east of Rochester in the Marion/Arcadia area in about 5 months time/end of year, and I am looking to see if there is any interest in a PFS group either on the weekends or on Friday nights. I checked with the closest LGS in Penfield and was told there is no PFS group in Rochester. I hope to change that. I would welcome playing/GMing PFS but also other rpg games/board games as well. Many thanks.
