I've been looking everywhere for Reporting Sheets for sanctioned modules and can't find anything on them. They are not part of the free downloads, just scenario sheets for the players. I can't even find a basic general reporting sheet. Is there any kind of basic general reporting sheet that GM's can fill out as part of sanctioned modules/adventure paths?

I've done that before, but I usually just pass on a reporting sheet to our Venture-captain and he does the GM paper work for us (really nice of him). I was hoping there was some kind of basic sheet I could use. It just looks nicer IMO.
If you have an event setup on Paizo, one of the links as part of it is for reporting sheets.
If, as it sounds, your local VC is doing the events, just ask him for a few copies.
Edit: Equally, if you know the event name and number, you can always make something up on your computer, and print out a custom signin sheet for yourself.
I am experimenting with one for the games I run locally.
