Sooooo if CD SW is at the printers does that mean the PDF is not far away?
I believe we made the decision to hold the SW pdf until I have the PF pdf as well, so not to offend either rules-group. Fortunately, it looks like CD PF will be going to layout this week as well, so shouldn't be long now.
I am unusually optimistic we might have limited CD PF available at PaizoCon, but that's still REALLY iffy. We're into the high-rate printing season now. Bet you didnt know that was a thing, did-ja-all?

Skeeter is working on those this week as well, Greg. I will be pushing through the Pathfinder Cyclopean Deeps first in layout to get it on par with the S&W version. Then onto to the RA books. So those may or may not be completed before NTRPGCon. Would be nice if we could, but I would err on the side of after the Con.

The Good News: RA sub S&W is off to layout!
The Bad News: Chuck is laying out 3 books ahead of that one (including 2 versions of Barakus, Cyclopean Deeps PF.....and some surprise stuff, so i guess that's more than 3)
but, more Good news! This is really finally happening, and I should have the PF version to layout by next weekend.

I don't know if we'll see the new PDF for RA before NTX. I've got the material on my desktop and I'm laying them out now, but we still have a proofing process to get through once I'm done.
Thanks for the update Chuck. Thank the Frog my game is only ever other week. They just got into the tunnels, poor sods made a deal with Sigma to take out Moog and his minions.

There is a slight (minor) errata issue with the maps on 1D. Just noticed this late last night.
If you lay out the three dungeon maps side by side (left to right) the only way it can work is if the main surface ruins/keep map has it's North indicator actually moved to face the East (so both entrance towers are then in the South portion of the map). Then both dungeon entrances (1 and 23) are in the proper position (left to right/West to East) and the compass directions on all three dungeon maps are accurate.
Again, very minor and since the North compass sysmbol is probably integrated onto the map it's probably too late to change now that this is in layout - or not, I have no idea what you guys can fix in the proofing process.
If it's too late to change then this the I'll just leave this here as something to consider for DMs who are going to run this.

For the curious (Auxmaulous ;) ) I just wanted to pop on and say that the first rough of Cyclopean Deeps for Pathfinder has been sent out to the editors and I am working away at the Rappan Athuk tonight. I'm almost finished with the Pathfinder version which allows me to do the Swords & Wizardry version in about 2/3rds the time.

So, final proofs went to layout this weekend, I'm potentially going to have the print pdf (not the one for you guys) done before PaizoCon. If I get that back, Im going to take it to Kinko's and get a print done there, so people can see this really exists!

I think he said not our file. That one requires more work usually than the dl pdf from previous comments. So I am guessing not before PaizoCon.
I just uploaded the interior files for CyDeeps PF and bother versions of Rappan Athuk: Expansions to our printer.
(and there was much rejoicing)
The PDFs should be finalized for all 3 by this coming Friday.

The real answer being "We haven't even discussed it yet" and that has a lot to do with A) It's not an easy thing to do and B) there is potentially more material coming that would make a new cross-section (and all of the work associated with doing it) out of date very quickly.

No, and not for the reasons stated. When you get RA Expansions, you'll see why updating the cross-section map would be...problematic.

Well, I just got my RA hardcover sub copy in the mail today at work and the book looks beautiful. One slight problem...
It came with the Cyclopean Deeps hardcover - which I didn't order.
Don't get me wrong, I wanted to order it and I was waiting for it to be re-added to the FGG website so I could apply my RA discount code from the sub.
I CANNOT take this extra book without payment.
Can one of the Frogs send me a paypal link or we work out a process where I can pay this and be legit?
I can also order it from the site and have you guys just add the pdf to my account without sending me another book. I want the pdf for this and I am willing to pay.

They didn't send out mailing notices on this one (at least, I didn't get one) besides the general comment last week that the books came in and they were going out.
I will make sure that I limit your tome to any ichor and chocolate stains while it's in my possession.
