Ok; here goes:
Frog God Games just got the word from the printer...Cyclopean Deeps and Rappan Athuk 2014 subscriptions ended up costing us far less than we anticipated. Since this is the case, and because we are so delinquently late on delivering them, we did not feel right about taking so much of your money. In light of this, we are taking them down from sale for a day or so while we reprice them. For those of you who already bought them (and yes, we know where you live!), we will be mailing you a coupon for $25 off on any FGG product bought from our site (that's $50 if you bought both or all 3). The two-year CD subscription price was about right for the second half (so we did not overcharge you for that part).
Again, we thank you all for your patronage as well as your patience, and while we do like to make a little on these things, on this one we simply made too much money, and as a team we did not feel right about it.The coupons are good for any purchase made on the FGG site--we are sorry but we cannot apply them to other sites (like Paizo) or to Kickstarter purchases.
Its a great time to hop online and buy that Tome 4 or Stoneheart Valley, not to mention the Razor Coast supplements that you missed or did not buy yet. Thanks again, and coupons will be arriving soon!

Wow... makes me glad I've followed NG from the beginning and now FGG. That's something else.
And indeed - it's in my email! (Well, just the CD one so far, not the RA one. But, still!)
---
Now to maybe be a bit of an annoying clod:
Is it possible to use the coupon for shipping costs? It's sort of brutal for "overseas" shipping from the U.S. (that would be just to Canada, to be specific!), and I already pre-paid $16 for shipping CD1 & 2 and RA sub... (which, I suspect, is far too little).
Just curious... since it came in coupon form I'm guessing not (since it'll probably be a total hassle for you), and I totally understand, but I thought I'd ask...

Arnwyn |

Cannot use for shipping--we pay the post office, that being said, it can be used to get a free book for the shipping price:)
Ah, I remember you saying something along those lines a while ago in the past...
Thanks for the quick reply! I can now get something a lot cooler than "shipping"... /giddy/

That's good news. I bought the CD subscription and somehow only ever ended up retrieving the first file. I think it's just because I'm a scatterbrain and probably registered at the FGG multiple times with multiple email addresses, but the login I can remember shows no purchase history and no available downloads. So I figure I'll just wait for the dead tree copy to arrive rather than try to figure out what the heck I did.
I'm eager to read the rest though, looks like I'll have some PC's heading there probably september-ish. They're third level now.
Anyway if I get a coupon maybe I'll finally spring for ToHC. Wanted it for a looong time.

Another question:
If we have a subscription to BOTH CD and RA, will we get 2 emails (for $25 each, I presume)?
I ask less about getting the credit, but more for the horrible, horrible feeling that you guys have 'forgotten' (!) I've subscribed to RA... again... :D
I only got an email titled: "Cyclopean Deeps Subscription $25 Store Credit", but nothing for my RA subscription.
(Unless the email I got is actually for both...)
When will the compiled PDFs be available for subscribers?
Compiled PDFs? They haven't completed the 'normal' subscriptions of PDFs yet, have they? My FGG account only has up to #5 of both RA and CD (as of a 'test' download yesterday)...

I guess each sub of either RA or CD in PF or SW has a 12.50 'refund'/coupon. I have 4 subs and paid for four subs (RA+CD in PF+SW) and thus should get coupons amount x 4. I received (and used!) 2 x $25 coupons and Chris from support email said that was correct. So if you only have one sub, you should get $12.50.
Obviously FGG guys can correct me if I am wrong!

mach1.9pants |

Right I have been back in touch with Chris and he sorted the confusion, thanks again for great FGG customer service! You should get a $25 coupon for every sub. Not counting the second year of CD, cos that was priced correctly. If you haven't received that then I'd suggest you get in touch with FGG support

Arnwyn - The compiled PDFs will be given to subscribers with the newest subscriptions. We decided to save time in getting them out by simply including everything in the compilations.
Woo! Thanks, Chuck!
If anyone has a question about their sub, go here:
Thanks for that! Doing so now.

Just so everyone is in the loop with this:
CD S&W is at the printer, some advance physical copies should be available at NTRPGCon (in extremely limited numbers). Rest will go out when we get back.
CD PF is being re-edited. found some errors that almost slipped by, so go to final layout by next weekend.
RA Sub is almost finished being written. There are maybe 4-6 more rooms on one level, and an additional Wilderness Location to be placed, then map checks to make sure everything is there, then layout. Fingers crossed, by the end of the month. And just so no one thinks we've been sitting on our thumbs, we added about 50% more content with this re-write, so while I know it's terribly, terribly late, it's also, much, much bigger then it was in the separate installments.
In all, off the top of my head, there are Levels 1D (1 overland map, 1 dungeon map), Level 2C (covering 3 sections of maps, maybe 30+ rooms?), Level 3D (2 map sections, 20+ rooms?), Level 6? (dont remember the letter here, 1 map); the New Encounters chapter that people were luke-warm about has 4-5(?) added locations (including one creepy-ass swamp family; if you liked Nic Logue's Hook Mountain Massacre, these could be the spiritual neighbors of the Kreeg's; and Hecate's faithful finally make a more prominent appearance in the Troll Fens).
All in all, there is some really good stuff in here. Oh, and if you wanted a little more detail about the ties between Rappan Athuk and Tsar, we got you covered. :-)

Sound like a great update to me Skeeter!
Quick question(s), I know you frogs are swamped right now (?), but can you give me a rough page count for PF CD_2014 annual?
Also, like a few of use who now have the coupons that we cannot use for the KS I wanted to pick up the CD_2014 annual(also with my 7.5% discount from SOA KS) at FGG.com vs. getting in on the LCoB backerkit - do you guys have an eta on when it goes back up onto the FGG website?
I was going to add it to the LCoB backerkit (already have several add-ons there), but I figured I would do a second order at the website to make use of my credit and the CD annual would be a good pick-up.

I don't right now. Ill have it closer in a couple days, though. Please do not quote me, but I figure 160-180-ish? Im not sure what the finished S&W size came out as yet.

Without the d20 stat blocks? About 10 pages. ;)

So I checked the S&W pdf, and it weighs in at about 159 pages, counting the legal. We added a s-ton of stuff for optional S&W play, so Im going to figure that the PF version is like I said in the 160-180 page range when all finished.
