Howdy - I imagine the KublaCon organizers are a bit too busy at the moment to be hanging out on the Paizo boards, but I'm hoping someone can answer a question for me:
I had planned to be away this weekend, and that fell through. I live just across the bay and would like to drop in for some PFS with my son on Saturday. Is it reasonable to expect that we could get seated together as walk-ins? We'd be playing low-tier and there are a lot of scenarios on Saturday's schedule that neither of us have played.
Thanks, and hope to see you there!

There will definitely be room for walk-ins. They plan for them. And Andi and Euan will make every effort to seat you together if you mention it. The PFS coordination staff at Kubla are some of the best there is.
Maybe I'll even see you there.

Only had time to do a one day pass to KublaCon, but my son and I just got home from it. Had a great time, met Pirate Rob and Painlord, played some fun PFS that Rob and Euan made sure we got into and were able to play together - it was awesome.
I can't believe I've lived across the bay from this for years and have never gone before, super fun, well-organized and great, great people!

Greetings all,
Found you all during Kubla, and unfortunately for you I have played a few sessions, bought the core rule book, and have now registered here.. So you all are now stuck with me :)
Thank you for the helpful information the staff at the desk provided. As well as the patience with my many varied questions.
Thank you to the GM's that made my first few sessions with this group enjoyable.
And finally I am looking forward to meeting more of you, and getting better acquainted as I learn about the realm, factions, and other subtle things this new experience will have in store for me.

I'm excited to be seeing more of you.
You probably already have the link, but
www.bayareapathfinder.com has info for all the stores here in the Bay Area that run PFS.
Let me know if there's anything else we can do for you.

Wow! What a weekend! Thank you, thank you all for all of the hard work, flexibility, and cooperation! I'm still in recovery mode, but will kick in on the rest of the game reporting soon.
Just as a reminder, if you have any errors that need to be addressed on the table sheets or see problems after the games are reported, emailing me at ab_NSprite (at) Yahoo.com is the fastest way to get them fixed.
Thanks again for a fabulous weekend. The joint power of the Bay Area and Northern California VOs, GMs and Players is an amazing thing to behold.

Good news and not so good news!
The good news is that I have all but 2 tables entered. I couldn't have done it without Mrs. Kyshkumen, and locolibros, so thank you both for your help with entering the table information.
Now for the not so good news. I have in hand two sheets that I are missing enough information as to be un-enter-able at this time. I have an email out to one GM regarding one of them, but the other one was in the YP/Teen area and is missing everything from slot to scenario to GM name and/or number.
I do have 4 players that I'm sure would like to have their information entered, so if you think this might be your table, please let me know.
Second, in comparing table sheets to mustering sheets, I am missing a small handful. I'll be going over this more carefully this afternoon and hopefully we can find/recreate these table sheets so these games entered.

We handed out approximately 70 PFS numbers.
We sat 1276 people over the weekend, and had a total of 196 sessions of PFS and 7 sessions of the PFACG.
Were there 1276 unique PFS players or is that the number of seats filled (sometimes multiple times by the same player) over the course of 196 sessions?

1276 players / 196 sessions = 6.510 players per session. I'm guessing the 1276 represents the total number of players and GM's for all sessions combined. Unique players was probably in the 350 - 400 range.

We were thrilled to have you, Erik! Thank you for attending. I heard great things about your Kings of Absalom game.
WIll Johnson is correct, 1276 is the total seats filled, including GMs. Most of our tables sat 6. Now that tables have been entered, I'll spend some quality time with the table sheets tonight and get a count on unique individuals vs full attendees.
