In the future would it be possible to include a write up for monsters in the Pathfinder encounter series in the box with the minis? I really like the figures but don't want to have to spend $25 to buy one book in the adventure path to get the stats for 2 monsters. Would Pazio consider doing a small besstiery that has the encounter series monsters and some additional content I would buy one of those in a hot second.

The stats are available for free on the Internet. There is no need for additional materials with the packs. Unless I'm misunderstanding your request.
