It is truly my great pleasure to announce that Katie Sommer is the newest GM to ascend to the rank of 5 stars.
Katie is simply an amazing person. She is kind and has a great table control that guides players rather than being confrontational. She has a deep knowledge of the rules as well as different character builds. She encourages player to explore their characters beyond their stat blocks. She is a great mentor for new players and will explain why her NPCs are making the choices they do. She runs a solid, fun, fast paced game that finishes on time and somehow never seems to be rushed.
She is a stellar example of all that a 5 star GM should aspire to be.
She is an incredible person and I believe that not only our region but the entire PFS community is made better by having her in it.
Please join me in congratulating her on her latest achievement!

Congrats Katie :)
Katie makes it 5 female 5-Stars. Katie, Tracy, Kristie, Nani & Thea-y.
Congratulations Katie, thank you for your commitment to PFS!

The room that PFCBG has been using for glitter storage was not in fact Katie's room.
That room is reserved for another less fortunate soul. He will be getting the transfer orders shortly.
Katie, a 2 phase dimensional gate process will be used to extract you to 5 star 'island'. Your rooms are glitter free and well stocked.
I look forward to seeing you at the operations and security meetings. We can certainly use your help in bring our other fallback sites up to a state of readiness.

Thanks everyone for your kind words! It's been a long haul to get to five star island, but I've had a great time doing it! I'm also looking forward to a couple of my friends joining us here shortly...
To William, who asked about advice to GMs and players: First remember the goal is for all of us to have fun, that means both the other players and the GM at the table!
I could put up a wall of text for advice but no one wants to read that. So to consolidate:
GMing is all about reading the table.
For players, its all about working as a team.
And Walter.... needless to say you won't be getting my best work that way ;) What did I do with my can of dip again?
