first time GMing a sanctioned event

i just finished my first official campaign and want to understand a couple of things before reporting,

Q1: Do i get gold and XP with my GM credit?

Q2: how do i report my friend who played a pregen?

Yes.

If played for credit: exactly as if they had played a normal PC.

If played for no credit: report as normal, but only put a player number in; don't put a number in the PC box (I think the system will accept this...)

he dosent have a pfs account and i didn't have any of those extra newbie numbers

Yes, you can hold off reporting until you have all the numbers, or you can report and then edit later to add the extra information in.
