i am new to pathfinder but have played other, simpler homebrew RPGs, basically i want to know if when i multiclass, do i gain that classes Skill points per level or do i continue in my primary class, do i gain my level 3 monk Base Attack Bonus or level 1 rogues? does this apply to hit die? can a flurry of blows in flanking also deal sneak attack damage?
question 2: are prestige classes allowed in pathfinder society?
question 3: can i buy a paizo campaign and host an official PFS with PFS credit? if so does it need to be publicly available if i have the minimum amount of players?
thanks for any help

Welcome to the institution!
basically i want to know if when i multiclass, do i gain that classes Skill points per level or do i continue in my primary class
You gain that classes skill points for every level you take it. If for example you are a rogue 1(8 skill points) Fighter 2 [2 skill points per level] you have 12 (8+2+2) skill points
do i gain my level 3 monk Base Attack Bonus or level 1 rogues?
You add them together. A fighter 3 rogue 1 had a BAB of 3. (3 from the figher, none from the rogue) A fighter 3 rogue 2 has a bab of 4 (3 from the figher and 1 from the rogue
be careful multiclassing, a rogue sorcerer wizard bard has 4 levels but a ZERO bab.
does this apply to hit die?
Sort of.
Your first hit die is your first class, and its maximized. If you're a fighter you get 10 hit points on the die for first level. )plus your con bonus, favored class, and anything else that adds to hp like toughness)
can a flurry of blows in flanking also deal sneak attack damage?
Yes. Keep in mind that full attacks are rare, sneak attacks aren't given, and the two together can be damn near a celestial alignment.
question 2: are prestige classes allowed in pathfinder society?
Most of them.
question 3: can i buy a paizo campaign and host an official PFS with PFS credit? if so does it need to be publicly available if i have the minimum amount of players?
I have no idea what you mean by buying a campaign.
PFS events don't have to be public.

And, yes, you can run an AP in either PFS mode, running only the PFS sanctioned parts of the AP, or the whole thing in home game mode with non-PFS PCs, and give credit for the PFS sanctioned sections to your own PCs, as you finish the relevant portions of each book in the AP.
If you have enough players to make a PFS legal table, you can run in private mode.
