I will be playing my first Inquisitor tomorrow and I wanted a quick and handy reference for their Judgement powers and their Teamwork feat swap-outs, so I decided to make some cards with these abilities. The PDF's below make 2.5-inch x 3.5 inch cards which you can cut out and place in a collector's trading card clear plastic sleeve.

These have a circle in the top right for placing your current bonus amount. They also have a box for checking off when you gain extra powers at higher levels.
