Enfeeble and summoned monster?

I think the answer is when summoned monsters are evaded they go back to the box, but just want to make sure that this is the case with Enfeeble, which says to put the monster on top of the location deck. I could not find an answer in the FAQ.

IIRC, Vic and/or Mike have already stated that summoned monsters ALWAYS go back to the box, despite text of other cards.
