Hey there, I made this order on December 10th, and it has been pending ever since. I sent an email to customer service last week, but have yet to receive an answer. What's wrong?

Our apologies that we haven't responded to your email yet. Customer Service is still backed-up from the holidays.
Your order has not shipped as it is taking longer to secure "Wyrmgear, Clockwork Dragon" from our supplier than originally estimated. The item is on order from our supplier however at this time I do not have any estimates on when it will be arriving at our warehouse.
