Hello! We're a group of 5 players playing Way of the Wicked, still on the first book, but our GM has vanished without any previous information. So, we're looking for a new GM to avoid this game from falling apart like so many others in the forums. Details:

Treasure is tightly under control, and we're a fast moving party. 3 posts a day would be perfect, since there been times when we've made much more than that, but if you are interested I believe we can move at a slower pace, for the same of keeping the game up.

Then Walter killed every 5th NPC, starting with the second?
And so on until all 5 party members had completed the pattern?

You guys killed Grumblejack, you bastards! Haha in my group we ended up befriending him and eventually got him as a cohort.
Anyways, I would be very interested in DM'ing this campaign, pending a few questions and a lot of reading. I have the first book at my disposal right now, but haven't read it, so that's where most of the reading will come in. I'm going to need to read into each character a bit (and I will probably ask for a formatting change) but there's no classes that I'm gun-shy of so that's good.
Anyways, I've been DM'ing for a few years and am currently running one other game on the boards, but that's my first PbP game that I'm running (It's going good though). You can check under this profile for a thing called my "DM Merits", although a few of them are subject to change since this is an AP and not one of my homebrew games. I know all of the 'common books' by heart (core, advanced, ultimage magic, ultimate combat, GM guide, gods and magic, ultimate equipment) and have a deep understanding of the rules. I've got quite a bit of reading to do if I'm going to do this, so I'll be back later with more comments and questions. In the meantime feel free to ask me anything you need!

Anyways, I've brushed through the characters and they're pretty solid. Strong backgrounds, good character developments (although I'm a little confused at the *cleaned up* version of your barbarian). Also, if you decide to take me as a DM, I would be especially excited to get to see you as a player Walter. Still sad about not being able to fit you into Geoffrey's Finest...

The Ogre is fine, but somewhere far away, since we're a subtle party and did not want him around.
If act 1 is Brandescar Prison and act 2 is the test of abilities under the mansion I would say yes, act 3.

No, you can send an e-mail to the Webmaster, point to the discussion thread, and your own home page, and they'll make you the GM of the thread. It just takes 3-4 weeks.
That sounds good except the 3-4 weeks part of it. Since I'm snowed in here I've had nothing on my plate but this, so I'm reading up a storm. Honestly I could very well be ready to go in a few more hours.
