Hell. Yes. It sounds pretty awesome.

Well anytime any of you are in the Denver area, check out our regional website Rocky Mountain PFS.

It contains game schedule information for not only Enchanted Grounds but all our local stores.

I lament the fact that I've not had chance to play at a table GMed by Thod or Dave Harrison yet; maybe that will change in 2014.

I am surprised that Richard Pett hasn't been mentioned in the thread so far; his running of WBG2 at PaizoCon UK this year was glorious...

Mnnnnnnnarrrrrr!

I'll bet you never predicted that use for the codpiece, when you added it to my equipment!

I've forgotten what you did with it already.

And the 'disturbing' that Rich talked about was probably [REDACTED].

Yeah, sorry about that.

I'd done a search on posts relating to 'We Be Goblins' to check if/when part 3 was imminent, and to remind myself which players played which PCs in part 2, so we could get the gang back together.

You'll be missing at least 1 player :-(

Forgotten?

Or 'blanked out'?

It wasn't so much what was done, as the need to act it out, to prove a body could bend that way.

I'm certain Mogmurch is far more supple than me, especially after a jug of his 'medicine'.

But I hate it because it is awesome and far away from me!

I feel your pain, I was angry about this at first, BUT I just checked with Google maps and apparently I am only:

12h20m +
$1494
4407 miles/7093 KM (as the crow flies)

from the place, so really I'm probably overreacting.

I'd take out Vin diesel and Robin Williams, add Sylvester McCoy, George R.R. Martin. Never allow the latter to GM.

You kidding me, I want to get GRRM to DM for a game with Baird playing!

Jiggy and pretty much most of the cool guys I chat with during RPG Superstar.

It would also be awesome in a game with Wil Weaton or sit in one of Noah "SpoonyOne" Antwiler's games. Noah's funny D&D stories got me into tabletop roleplaying.

The Exchange ***** RPG Superstar 2010 Top 16

(Honestly, I've never gotten into Wil Wheaton's vibe. When he's thinking clearly, he is a force for good. Most of the time, he's come across to me as someone sort of full of himself.)

During their last Kickstarter campaign, for $400, the Doubleclicks were selling a seat at a D&D table with them, either in Portland or over Skype. That would have been fun.

My one player table this year ended up being with Walter, and he did a fantastic job. I kind of felt bad that I was a little off getting into character, but those high tier games can get really bogged with the combats.

I also managed to attend rknop's table which was equally impressive. I think the only person that might stand out among my gotta-catch-em-all policy at the moment is Lady O, after bantering with her between tables. Next year I may back off on the GMing just so I can experience more of our excellent GM community. :)

Sadly, this year I shall be at home in San Francisco, instead of my annual expedition to Seattle due to the change in PaizoCon dates. :(

I know most peeps would say "Come to GEN-CON!" but it's just too big and too much for me personally. Also, since I own a manor that requires much upkeep this year, I will need to remain in my local province. But if you are ever in the Nor-Cal region, shoot me a message. I'll find a way to meet up and get a game on.

Grand Lodge ***** Venture-Captain, Arizona—Phoenix aka TriOmegaZero

I feel much the same way about Gen-Con. I will make my pilgrimage one day, but that day will not be this year.

Crowds. Ugh.

Dark Archive ***** ⦵⦵ Venture-Captain, Minnesota—Minneapolis aka Silbeg

It wasn't that bad... especially since I spent most of my time in the Sagamore Ballroom. They had it set up very nicely... with enough room to get around. The hallways outside before the events could get crowded, but that was reasonably short lived.

Guess I won't get to play at a table with Lady Ophelia and TOZ this year, either. *sniff*

Do a year at Dragon*con or San Diego Comic Con to put "crowded" into perspective. As big as GenCon is, it feels practically deserted compared to those two.

Grand Lodge ***** Venture-Captain, Arizona—Phoenix aka TriOmegaZero

I started PFS at DragonCon '08. Note that I was talking about crowds, not crowded spaces. Doesn't matter how big the area is, crowds will always get me.

Sorry Silbeg. It's just the way that goes for now. Hopefully it will change and go to another weekend, but Kublacon is one of my favorite conventions, and I used to have to pass on it in order to go to PaizoCon. Now I have no excuse. :)

2.) No one knows who I am anyway.

Then I was disappointed for a whole other reason.

I would like to say that playing with Jiggy is just as awesome as you think it might be. He's a blast.

People that I would love to play with include: Nefreet, Damanta, Big Norse Wolf (especially in his alias, Flutter), and oddly enough... David Bowles. I've just had so much fun arguing about animal companions with David that I'd love to actually meet him in person. I'm not sure though that it would be a good idea to have all five of us at the same table, though!

However, I have to say that just about everyone I've met in the twin cities PFS community has been stellar. I'd play with any and all of you if I could.

I'm not on anyone's lists either. I lurk on this forum more than I post, in part because I only became a PFS GM recently. There's nothing wrong with being on the quiet side of things.

(Though I think that anyone who has gamed with me would laugh at the implication that I am "quiet." I'm not. I'm the kind of person who casts doom with jazz hands, a high-pitched spooky voice, calling "DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!")

Nimrandir, I'd be pleased to game with you.

Hugs,

I get to play with Nefreet all the time and he is pretty awesome, I've also played and run with Lady Ophelia. Painlord was great to play with but I hear he doesn't really pfs anymore.

I waited in line with Rknop for the banquet at last years paizo, I think. I'd like to play with him.

John Compton's secret after con table looked like a blast so I'd love to get in a game with him.

Forum personalities I'd like to play with are Walter Shepard, Bob Jonquet, Chris Mortika and nosig. Not necessarily together, but that could be awesome too!

I'd love to play at a table of Jim Groves or Dennis Baker running something they've written as well.

"You have not been looking in the right places, Viskous," Aroden remarks, deigning to speak to the mortal.

"Mayhaps, you should look where he is, rather than where is not."

Painlord currently enjoys PbP as his format of choice. And it was good to play with you as well...back in the good ol' days.

As I'm in the DC area it sometimes feels we're in the boonies for PFS (as not being in Atlanta or Seattle).

The one honorable GM mention I can name is Steve Miller who ran my table for Bonekeep 1 and 2. If you ever get the chance, he has a sweet setup for Day of the Demon.

As for people I'd like to play with. I'd first have to say Kyle Baird, I just hope that doesn't make me a sadist. As for others, maybe TOZ or PFCBG because they seem like great people. I'll be doing PaizoCon this yeah so who knows.

+1 to that; he never says no to a plan, no matter how stupid or embarrassing.

The quote that stays with me from the three prior sessions...

"Stop dying Mike!" It became a running joke that we'd have to reserve at least one Breath of Life spell for VM's Druid of Flame. It was made even funnier when at the last part, Mike survived the first round, and stayed alive through the entire session.

All of you, every member on the paizo boards. I don't get enough pathfinder in my life. Personally, I want bignorsewolf and figgy at the table, also Dungeonmaster cal. I don't know about TOZ, he seems like he would be fun. If such a situation ever happens, I will bake for all of you.

I'm the same way. Went to PaizoCon for the first time last year and had a bloody panic attack before getting into the building. However, I managed to roll a succesful Will save versus fear and made it in without too much drama.

Hmmm...people I want to play with...everybody at least once? Top picks include;

Andrew Porter (ooooh, I so owe him for that Siege of the Diamond City run...)
