When does the paizo make the psionics and the 3.5 warlock?

Potentially never.

On the topic of psionics, the current lead developer thinks the psionic materials published by Dreamscarred Press are good, and statement have been made that should Paizo actually decide to do psionics that they would be done in a different way than 3.5 & Dreamscarred Press materials were and are done.

As for the 3.5 warlock... nothing has been said that I know of, but Paizo has never felt obligated to make a Pathfinder version of something just because there was a 3.5 version of it.

Not only "aren't obligated to" but "legally shouldn't." The 3.5 warlock, along with basically everything late 3.5, isn't OGL.

Which isn't to say I wouldn't enjoy the hell out of a simple arcane-flavored class, but actually recreating the 3.5 warlock puts them on shady ground.

Cheers!

That's what depresses me the most is with the ACG coming out next year, it just means a psychic magic book is just that much further away:( Since they with 10 new classes it is going to be a while before we see any new ones again.

There are a things I would like to see class wise unfortunately most of them are not among these 10 new classes.

Agreed. I think the class could transfer over easily, but with DnD Next on the way and the playtest looking more similar to 3.5 as opposed to 4E, it doesn't look in the cards.

If paizo makes a Warlock, it probably wouldn't be anything like the 3.5 Warlock.

That's fine with me; I'd easily enjoy a Witch/warrior hybrid. Any class that delves into the darker powers of nature and pacts with entities would really be welcome.

Pretty sure Paizo believes that the books by Dreamscarred Press are considered 'official' even if Paizo didn't publish them.

Careful what you wish for. :P

Strangely enough, I thought pathfinder's alchemist was a refluffed/rebalanced warlock when I first saw it. Pretty sure dev comments since then have disproved it, though.

No one at Paizo has said that the psionics from dreamscarred press is considered "official". They have just said that if you want psionics go ahead and use there version for now. They have also said that if/when they do psionics/psychic magic it would be very different from the 3.5/dreamscarred press versions.

They have used Dreamscarred Press psionic material, which is about as "official" as you can get.
