I've got a fairly large order that is pending. Originally it was pending due to a change in credit cards but that was changed on 11/11/13.
Can someone tell me why it is still pending?

I also noticed that the shipping discount changed on the order from a $29 discount to a $10 discount. Do you know why?

It left this morning! I fixed the issue with the shipping and applied the difference as store credit to your account (to use it on subscriptions visit your My Subscription page and check the box for using it on your next subscription shipment).
