Let's say I have Holy Candle in hand with a couple of Named Blessings at the start of my turn.
Turn begins and I flip the top card of the Blessing Deck. Now I use the Holy Candle and shuffle some Blessing back into the Blessing deck. What blessing is now on top of Blessing Deck discard pile as it might relate to the Named Blessing I have in hand (i.e. recharge rather than Discard.)

Top card is whatever is currently on top whether or not it's been shuffled. So it can be two (or more) different cards over the course of a single turn.
