downloads not working

I recently bought some new pdfs and when I go to download them it gets to the 5 seconds until download starts page and then it does nothing after that even if I click on the link if it does not start after 5 seconds. It just takes me back to the personalizing pdf page and goes in a circle. Can someone please help? Thanks in advance.

Hi Kaleb, which download are you trying to get to? I've given downloads a kick, so this might solve the problem.

I'm trying to download Tome of horrors complete (Swords and Wizardry) and Razor Coast (Swords and wizardry)

I've just checked both products in our system and they seem the be behaving correctly. Can you let me know what device, OS and browser (and version) you're using when trying to download?

I'm on my windows 7 computer using google chrome Version 33.0.1750.146 m and I've also tried Mozilla Firefox version 26 and neither is letting me get past the download in 5 seconds page. Thank you.

Huh. I'm a bit stumped on what might be causing that. Have you installed any new extensions/virus software recently, had a system update, or adjusted any settings you can think of?
