As much as we like Pathfinder, a lot of us admit that there are flaws we'd like to see fixed, holes that should be filled, and unbalances that we want adjusted.
Luckily Pathfinder continues the OGL making some of these problems a non-issue.
What is the worst part of Pathfinder's core rules for you or your games and what 3pp did you use to fix it?

I wrote up a rogue/ninja combination and fix using the gunslinger's grit mechanics and added a Commander base class to replicate the tactical warrior, as the cavalier had too much extra baggage for me. I'm happy with the system after those changes.
I haven't used any 3pp Pathfinder stuff as of yet, though I do enjoy a lot of it.
