There wasn't anything in the rules that I could find about this. When Harsk examines the top card at the end of his turn, what would stop the player from telling everyone else at the table exactly what that card is?
In my solo play, examined top cards get flipped face up on top of the location deck until they are encountered. It will probably be viewed as cheap, but I don't see why I couldn't do the exact same thing in a multi-player game.
Most coop games I have played have a bit of language describing what you can and can't say about cards that you get to look at individually (including what you can say about what is in your hand). I was wondering what the intent was for this game.

You can share whatever you like, as it's a fully cooperative game. The rules even say some people can play showing their hands entirely.
There's no rules concerning limiting what you can share with others because there's no limit on what you can share with others.
If you want to tell the other players exactly what you saw, go for it. It's a card game and not an RPG, so having to whisper or use hand signs aren't really necessary.
You can choose to do whatever you'd like to do, however, being cryptic if you want... "I think I need the wizard..." etc, but however much... or little... info you share is up to you.
The RAW, though, when you examine, you look at it, and then place it back where and how you found it. So it's up to you and whoever you tell to remember what it was, but you can houserule it and leave it faceup if you'd like.
Play the game in the way that makes it the most fun for you and your group.
