Can you take achievement feats in PFS?

I know that the ones from Legacy of Fire are not. If there are others you are thinking of, you can check the additional resources page.

Nope. No achievement feats are (currently) legal in PFS. To be honest they all just require a degree of bookkeeping that is beyond what an Organized Play campaign can easily handle.
