I will be starting Kingmaker for my group soon and I had a question on the six player conversions. By the way, thanks to all who worked on them, they will make my life a lot easier.
The question is, when running the game for six players, should I increase the size of the rooms where combat takes place to account for the extra PCs and NPCs? Some of the rooms and passageways look a little tight which might cause a train wreck in combat.
Thanks.

Generally you should be all right. The number of enemies was not always increased in order to preserve the theme of the encounter, and I think people took the room sizes into account for the most part. I can think of one encounter in one of General_Chaos' conversion where a second monster does not fit so he has it arriving after the first one dies.
