Ok, one thing though, Aasimars in Golarion age closer to how humans do. The age chart in the Advanced Race guide are not going to be used in this campaign. Hopefully that won't put too much of a damper in your story. I would also like to inject a little in there. While you can be mostly self-taught, I want to have an actual Dawnflower Dervish actually have put you on the path that you are on (class-wise)... Since Sandpoint has a Cathedral that has a wing dedicated to Sarenrae, a pilgrim wandered by your mother's cavaran and sat enjoying the dance of your mother's people. He saw you as a young boy training with a curved stick, trying to incorporate the dance of your people into some kind of fighting style.
He approached you, and offered you some pointers, and showed you the spinning dance of his people. He spent two weeks, after asking your mother's permission to teach you, instilling the training to take advantage of the curved edge of the scimitar. Then it was time for him to leave. He bid you farewell, and told you to mind your lessons, for they may save you someday.
Since that day, you have learned that while many lessons taught to you, those short two weeks, were better suited to the wide open spaces of the desert dunes, many more were sound advice. Incorporating the dances of your ancestors into the dance of the dervish, you have created a style all your own.

What do you think?
Also, I will write up your blade when I have a little time.

That's fine with the age thing, that'll just take a bit of tweaking.
As for the Dawnflower Dervish thing, though. I'm not using the Dawnflower Dervish Bard, I'm using the dervish dancer bard archetype from Ultimate Combat. I've heard the Dawnflower can be better (especially at early levels since you get Dervish Dancer feat for free), but I liked the overall stuff you got from the straight Dervish Dancer. If you aren't familiar with it, it's right here
If you still want all the extra fluff, I guess that's fine. I'm just trying to point out that he is not a dawnflower dervish.

Oh, yeah, I thought that you were taking the Dawnflower Dervish from Inner Sea Primer. :p But then again, I forgot that it is a fighter archetype, if I remember correctly. Disregard that history suggestion then.
If you do intend to take the Dervish Dance combat feat from the Inner Sea World guide, I am going to say that you are going to have to learn if from a Dawnflower Dervish because it is a secret held by them.
That being said, all you have to do is let me know, and I will make it possible. Of course, a little roleplaying may be needed to get him or her to teach you... ;)

There's a Dawnflower dervish fighter AND a bard in the Inner Sea Primer, so you were right from the beginning :P
And yeah, I planned on picking up Dervish dance at 3rd level to make my melee better. Plus it just seems to fit nicely with this build. I'm fine rp'ing it out. Actually I welcome it, it'll add some extra fluff to the story.
I'll get his background edited out either late tonight or tomorrow sometime. I'm a little strapped for time today.

Nice! Okay, I will have that opportunity for you. As I am using the Prestige system, you may not even need to spend a feat on it. with the proper rp and prestige total, you may be able to spend prestige awards on it. Of course that will happen behind screen, so I may simply tell you, "Okay, after spending a few days training with your new friend, you now have the feat, Dervish Dance now."

Right on! I am starting to get excited about this. Thanks!

Ok, finished up the edits on his story. If there is anything else you want changed let me know. I'm pretty pumped too. The group I game with irl played through the first book of the path (we didn't have enough money to buy the rest) and we had a lot of fun. I always wanted to see what the rest of the story was.

I may change up the first book a little. Though I am not quite sure yet how I want to do it. The goblins can be fun, but I am not sure of how I want to handle that part. I have a month or so before I even get my books back, so we will see how I can modify it to suit my running style.
I will probably be liberally modifying things, story-wise. I will draw a lot of inspiration from the Jade Regent AP that I am currently playing, because there were a lot of good ideas that my GM was doing.
Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy, and I am working hard to set it up!

It was a number of things that made her "rich" one was because she was a real harrower, a trait he never inherited. The second was because of the value of the items his father left them. The inheritance (the 900 gp) he gained was all she had. So she was rich in the original sense of the word. If that's a problem, I guess I can change it.

Hey, I was snooping around the message boards looking for inspirations since my group irl is just about to finish up RotRL and I'm in charge of GM'ing our next campaign. Then out of the blue, I found this. I'm not sure if it would interest you, Aeshuura, but it seemed interesting to me XD

Still here! I've just been twiddling my thumbs and waiting for the go ahead.
I did have a thought on our waiting time, though. Would you be against us holding just some social rp'ing while we wait? Maybe it will give our characters just a little more incentive to work together once the actual campaign starts. If there's a problem with it that's fine. I've just been itching to get Nikolia here moving a little bit. His dancing legs get sore after not being able to dance for an extended period of time.

not sure about recuiting.
I started this thread looking for a Jade regent DM. after trying for little over a year.
had Aeshuura step up but he wanted to finish up anotehr game first. so I figured wated a year already, whats a few more weeks.
also the hose rules may chase a few players away. I don't have a problem with the house rules and those still here didn't either.
looks like we may have had a couple drop while waiting.
