I am unable to select Lottery events for PaizoCon, can this please be fixed for my account?

I am new to this, bit it doesn't appear that I can select Lottery events either.

What do I need to do to register for events? Lottery or open?

Seems I am locked out and would like to goto some.

Miniaturepeddler, you have a Venture-Captain Volunteer badge. Volunteers are not able to register for the lottery.
