RotL Anniversary Editon PDF (missing from my downloads)

Can someone in customer service check and see where the PDF of the RotL anniversary edition is in my downloads. I can't seem to find it. I thought I pre-ordered the book last year (received it in December) so I'm assuming I would have recieved a pdf. Unless I'm mistaken....

The text is gone from the product page now that it's no longer pre-order, but I believe that you had to pre-order and be an AP subscriber at the time it shipped to get the free PDF.

That is my recollection as well.

Joana is correct, at the time of the books release you had to have an active Adventure Path subscription and have preordered the book.
