I am going to go with Guardians of the Galaxy.

I'll say this: I find the complete implausibility of characters like Batman to be more jarring than the outright impossibliity of characters like Thor or Spider-Man.
Let's take a look at Batman....
He apparently has near infinite amounts of money. At least enough where he can affort to purchase millions and millions of dollars worth of equipment, and keep said purchases utterly secret.
One wonders how he can keep up the facade of a playboy billionaire, given that he apparently spends ALL of his free time training / fighting crime / memorizing useless s!*! in case the Riddler has a riddle that uses said useless s~+@.
Not to mention the fact that he survived Darkseid's Omega Sanction for no other g$%%~~n reason than the fact that he's Batman.
Pretty much I'm going with Spidey being far less ridiculous. Yeah, his powers are impossible, but at least he's a actual human person underneath the mask. Batman's the most ridiculous Mary Sue that's ever gained widespread acceptance.
