Being a big fan of using props & maps for GMing in general I really enjoy running PFS sessions that utilize Gamemastery Flip maps& cards though sometimes they don't quite match with the given descriptions. That being said , for the adventures that feature custom maps that are highly detailed, wouldn't it make sense to make those maps available via PDF or print? What's the point of protraying such beautifully rendered maps on such a small scale, when most of us could never translate those details on our miniature scaled dry erase maps to do them any justice?
l have gotten many shared laughs when I hold up the printed map and then point to my ill begotten attempt and say "Okay guys, try to imagine that this looks like that..." For my own home brews I have taken the time to create my own elaborate maps but running different PFS sessions on a regular basis doesn't allow that luxury. Is this something that may change in the future?

Hey Fenris,

While it doesn't completely answer your question, check out this thread on how you can turn the maps in the scenario PDFs into printable maps.

Also, check out the shared GM prep area. A few gracious individuals have shared larger-format maps that they've prepared for a number of scenarios.

Also I've seen more and more GMs use easel sized graph paper or Gaming Paper and predraw beautiful maps with Sharpies of various color and thickness. While this certainty adds to prep time it may be well worth it.
